On July 11 and 12, the Portuguese Council for Peace and Cooperation carried out several actions as part of the Campaign against the NATO Summit, which took place on those two days in Vilnius, Lithuania.

On the 11th and 12th, contact actions were carried out with the populations in the cities of Setúbal, Porto, Viseu and Coimbra with the newspaper "Peace Yes! NATO No!", which calls for Peace and denounces NATO's warmongering objectives. It can be consulted here: https://shorturl.at/ILRT3

On the 12th, in the late afternoon, in Lisbon (in front of the José Saramago Foundation), a public tribune with the same title was held, where, among the various interventions of various organizations, the urgency of pursuing an alternative path, capable of building a world of peace, cooperation and solidarity among the peoples of the world, was reaffirmed. Campanha contra a Cimeira da NATO - Vilnius, Lituânia 2023

Nos dias 11 e 12 de julho, o Conselho Português para a Paz e Cooperação realizou várias ações enquadradas na Campanha contra a Cimeira da NATO, que se realizou nesses dois dias em Vilnius, na Lituânia.

No dia 12, ao final da tarde, em Lisboa (em frente à Fundação José Saramago) realizou-se uma tribuna pública com o mesmo título, onde, entre as várias intervenções de várias organizações, foi reafirmada a urgência de se prosseguir um caminho alternativo, capaz de construir um mundo de paz, cooperação e solidariedade entre os povos do mundo.Ali se proclamou,mais uma vez, Paz sim! Guerra Não! e Paz sim! NATO Não!
